    The Estates & IT Department’s mission within Exeter College is to create and maintain safe, accessible and comfortable physical environments, provide quality resources, facilities and services for all learners, staff and visitors.

    In this role you would be responsible for maintaining high quality Electrical installations, repairs and maintenance to M&E Plant and Building Fabric. Playing a key role in planning and completing a range of routine maintenance works associated with electrical installations, lighting installations and M&E systems, you will also complete proactive inspections and remedial repairs.

     

    You will have previous experience of working in a multi skilled maintenance role, particularly in relation to electrical maintenance.  You will also have experience of fault finding in electrical and mechanical systems as well as qualifications in a relevant discipline e.g. electrical installation or maintenance.

     

    You will be a good team player with excellent problem solving and organisational skills and a commitment to excellent customer service.  Good communication skills and the ability to interact with a range of stakeholders at all levels is essential.
