    We are looking for a System Technician to be part of our dynamic and fast-moving ICT Services Team at the College.  The successful post holder will join the ICT operations team and assist in the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the college infrastructure, including networking (LAN & WAN), firewalls, servers (Windows & Linux), VoIP, cloud (Office 365 & Azure), database technologies, and desktop management (SCCM/Intune). The role will also require you to explain problems and solutions clearly to non-technical users and work as part of a 2nd / 3rd line support team. 

     

    This role will provide the opportunity to work with various technologies including, VMWARE, Office 365, Intune, Microsoft SCCM and other server technologies.
