    An exciting opportunity has arisen for a professional and motivated individual to join our high performing and dynamic People function. We operate a Business Partner approach working closely with our College leaders, and as a team, are seen as responsive, knowledgeable and solution-focussed.  
    We are looking for a talented and creative person who can quickly build strong credible relationships with College managers, spending time with them to understand their challenges and influence and coach them to pro-actively manage HR and employee issues as they arise. Previous experience of employee relations case work is essential. You will also have up to date and accurate knowledge of employment legislation and practice, and be well-versed in advising leaders in accordance with relevant employment law.

    You will be CIPD qualified to Level 7 (or working towards) and will be able to demonstrate your ongoing continuous professional development.

    We can be flexible regarding the hours and working pattern for the role for the right candidate.

    The College offers a generous holiday allowance of 28 days per year, plus bank holidays and a Christmas closure period (which has been 2 weeks in recent years).
