Registering with Exeter College

Our online application process enables you to register your details, apply for current vacancies, and track your application. Your personal details and application will be treated in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

If this is your first time visiting our recruitment site and you would like to apply for a Vacancy please first register your details using the "Register" option on the left.

To view a list of our current vacancies please use the search facility on the left hand side. You do not need to have registered with the College to view our current vacancies.

Current Employees

If you are a current employee and would like to apply for a vacancy please register by completing the current employee section of the registration page. Enter your college email address and a password will be sent to you. You will only need to register once.


Our Online Application Process

On first applying to Exeter College, you will need to complete the full online application form. This is broken down into the four sections on the menu on the left hand side:

My Details
My Job History
My Qualifications
My Referees

You can complete these in any order and you can update and amend them as appropriate. Current Employees who wish to change these details will need to use the Self Service Menu of the HR system via the Exeter College Portal.

Once you have completed these sections you can then click the Apply button next to the vacancy you wish to apply for. You will then need to complete a supporting statement for this vacancy and submit your application.

If you are unsuccessful in this application, and you wish to apply to the College again in the future, you will only need to ensure that your basic information is up to date, before completing your new supporting statement for your new application.
